I'm very happy for the victory, I got lucky on overtaking Dur Winning. Congratulations for Dur Winning for 2nd place, because we had an fight after I came to pits. DurWinning, if you hadn't tires too hot, you could probably have won. By the way, congratulations for all! This is my first ever victory on Porsche Cup. YAY!!!!

Form filled out. I would love to see multi-class or multi-car racing instead of just one manufacturer.
 
@rallymorten the latest update.

Up front, fender rainbows moved forward 2 pixels, one to compensate for the skewing I put on them so they didn't look as flat. At the back, the upper body section has been reformed somewhat on the driver's side, so I'll look at that before I change the other, and the roof bits were moved forward 5 pixels.

Excitement is decent-ish, but can be improved
About the same for information level
I'm apparently still high on something :lol:
I'm nowhere near an average of 10, but also far off a 1

And now comes the interesting bits:

The majority would like to see more than 10 races, with the most popular option being 10-15
Many a American would like to see the race length vary from race to race. Apart from that, 30 minutes and an hour are pretty much equal on votes
The general consensus is that secondary and season-finale liveries are good to have, but not important
Most people want to see a relatively large grid
Some interesting track wishes, many of which I already have, many of which I have found somewhere to download. They'll have to pass some tests first, though. I'm not doing a Mantorp again :)

Now, as for what I find to be most interesting:

About half of you are generally positive of the idea of more manufacturers, with most of those willing to accept some differences, as long as they all stand an equal chance in the end.

Quick Proposal: What about expanding to the rest of the Vanilla-GTR2 NGT Grid for next season, assuming they can be properly balanced of course. Trust me, I've tried. :lol:

1: Things are being planned on.

2: I might have something for next season. Unless everyone donates 100$ to allow me annual access to 3ds max (yes, I'm demanding :P), it won't contain renders of your actual car, but I might figure out something.

My car appeared to be really hooked up early on but then I guess it fell off a little bit. Still, it was a good run for me.

FRONT END IS DONE, those adjustments worked great. Unfortunately it looks like the upper rear filler bit is gonna be just that, filler. Sorry @Jahgee1124, but I don't think I have the patience to make it seamless. That said, here's the latest one below.

Love the idea, do have the track, but the AI fails to comprehend the thing that happens after turn one. In fact, they fail in the first corner as well turns 2, 3, 4 and 5.

@rallymorten Just curious, how do you have the AI set up? In your video you said something about having them super aggressive. Is that just by using the aggression setting before starting the session, or did you actually go into whatever file controls AI behavior?

I did proper genetic manipulation.

They're more agressive, attempt more overtakes, have the skill of an F1 driver and a slightly increased chance of crashing, just for the sake of making the 30 minutes feel longer.

Small adjustments made to the rear quarter stuff. Took another swing at the C-pillar, will need to see it before I flip it on the other half.

As for the track....

I'd like to think @RACECAR had a Just Cause when he made the new intro. ;)

Anywho, it's good to, presumably, be back on good form. Also that Pepsi Porsche looks awesome @Jahgee1124.
 
While the race is being run and I'm busy with other stuff, I want to throw a little info out on the Spa round.

Most other tracks in this series can theoretically run 32-40something cars, with one of them only just reaching the 20. On these tracks, Q1 has been reasonable.
Spa, however, can run 60 cars. Now we're at the point I won't bother about Q1. That means Spa will only have the two heats in Q2 and all 30 cars in the race. That should make it interesting (and crashing will have even bigger consequences).

Also, there is (in true me-style) a reference to ze next possible addition in the new intro :sly:
 
Firstly, I could have sworn I put the revisions for Jahgee's car up. I'll fix that now...

Second, Awww I'm not in the into anymore. It's OK, new intro looks good, why would you want a backmarker maining the intro anyway. ;)

Lastly, Spa should be very interesting.

I will say something again, all things being equal, the AI doesn't seem to be. I don't know how it works for GTR, but it seems that the game has a range in which people stay in, with the rare spike/drop in performance relative to that driver, yours being the biggest exception.

I don't mean to complain, it just strikes me as strange.

Just thought I'd be abit involved and add abit to the presentation of both this and the GTPFS, both of which are going to have an even better season 2 so they deserve an matching intro. Also wanted to give that Race channel abit more flair as well.

I got tenth. A.I did the pit thing again. Still in the run for the championship though. Fingers crossed.
 
Start 14 finish 2 nd pretty :cool: with this race.
 
Top guys need more bad luck. I led the championship then had a run a of three non scores

@rallymorten, it's almost complete, small tweaks to rear fender, scaling and repositioning on C-pillar. Also, @Jahgee1124 I've decided I'm gonna put a small mark on the cars I make. Nothing huge, just a small decal on the car in an inconspicuous place. Any Objections?
