Maybe, instead of having everyone rated 40-60 for everything, you should have it 0-100 for everything, that way there is a larger variety of speeds/performances.

No, I'd prefer it's even, because there was an error where a 100 car went against the 40/60, and was 6 sec ahead in 4 laps at Daytona...
