20th & 31st in my first two races not to bad IMHO.
 
14th and 4th. I'm getting better. Slowly but surely.

Team Hot Wheels update #3.

After recent testing at Daytona and Talladega, it became clear that Team Hot Wheels' biggest problem is consistency (but then again, these are superspeedways). At Daytona, finishes of 12th and 4th looked strong, the team looked to be on the right track. However, Talladega testing displayed unusual results of 30th and 5th.

"This is good for the team," says Gerarghini, owner and driver of the #35 Ford Fusion. "The wreck at Daytona was a hard hit and we were fortunate enough to finish 12th and 4th, results we needed after the accident. The team morale increased and we looked for good results.

"Heading into Talladega, we came with the same mindset of good finishes, but something was off, something was not ticking with me. The first test was a 30th place finish, poor by anyone's standards. On day 2, we achieved a 5th place finish. With this in mind, we hope these strong of finishes occur outside superspeedways as anyone can finish strong at these tracks."

Team Hot Wheels has recovered brilliantly after Daytona testing left the Team Owner and driver Gerarghini in trouble. The @GTPFS safety upgrades have proven successful so far, and we hope no driver ever has to have serious accident. Nevertheless, consistency is key, and bar a few rough finishes, is something every team should strive for.

Any chance for Rockingham on the schedule? It's Revamped's 2012 version and it's very nice IMO
