Not really, because the AI wrecks every turn if in a pack larger than 5, but if you turn off damage and cautions, you get some great racing

Saitama can be made workable... I did it a few years back with GTP mod...

Shaders and minimal track objects may look bland, but I can keep the cars in the HD look and still keep FPS between 9-60fps.

Limit your FPS to 29.97, it's what most YouTube videos are IIRC. Album half uploaded, it's 14 pictures that are 1920x1080

Sounds like a grip uppage and Ai_deceleration modification will easily fix that.

Probably, but it's kinda funny to me seeing them crash every turn .

To limit FPS, download Dxtory (It's a better screen capturing program than Fraps IMO, it just takes a little setup)

As far as I can tell no, this was what I downloaded from their site, I just compressed it into a rar so that you could download it easier.
