Race Track Design Software?

Don't know if this is the correct place, but is there some sort of software where you can like, design your own race tracks? Price is not important, I just want to know if one exists.

You could always try make one in Google Sketch-Up. That's free and works in 3D so I presume you could do gradient changes with some difficulty.

Cool. I suppose if you are a million/billionaire and you wanted to have a racetrack built you could use this.
