This is just a quick explanation of the Racing Modification option in GT auto.
The Racing Mod will disable any currently equipped tuning parts, but if you are going to put racing mods on, I would suggest doing it first anyway.
It will change what your car looks like in someway. It will also purchase and install a full adjustable transmission, fully-adj suspension, prevent you from purchasing all of the weight reduction parts(I'm assuming because it equips them.) It also purchases and equips a double-plate clutch and a racing flywheel, as well as equipping the titanium exhaust mod.
It does allow you to adjust downforce front and rear.
You do still have the opportunity after purchasing the racing mod to change wheels, purchase some additional mods (ie: turbo's, computer chip etc).
I was rather impressed with all of this because the 85,000 Racing Mod in Gran Turismo 2 only changed the way the car looked and gave you the ability to adjust downforce.
If you notice that I left anything out please feel free to throw your two-cents at it.
