I was wondering, has anyone ever witness the rain stop before reaching the 100% wetness of the track?
I've seen rain that didn't last long after reaching it, but never before the mark.
So, when it starts raining do we always have to expect it to go to full wet before drying out?
I think the better question would be:
Why can I drive faster on soft racing tires in 100% rain than I can on full wets?
That doesn't have anything to do with it. That is definitely not the real question as far as I can tell.
My point is/was: Nothing about the rain in GT5 seems realistic.
Well, an answer to the question you made is because you set Grip Reduction to Low. When set too low, Rain tires are the worst option, in Real, Rain tires are the best option.
Use them in A-spec at Suzuka in the Gran Turismo! They must have it set to low.
