Random Winners Choice WRS!!

Quickest I could get was around the 1:36.2, but it was pretty aggressive. With the CR-Z I'm averaging mid to high 1:36's with the battery full and somewhat fresh tires.

I only test/tuned in practice mode so i don't yet know how the pits affect the battery charge. We'll find out tomorrow. I'll either use that or the Lupo for peace of mind.

i'm using a opel speedster and am running 1:36's consistently, best lap is a 1:35.534... the car handles great and is good on tires, even being rear wheel drive. car is set up extremely tight so the tires dont burn off of it. dont know how im going to stack up though, because the car is slow on the straights, only at 88hp...

wow that fast! i was going to use the march but if your that fast i might have to use the swift. the room will be call autumn ring enduro. i dont think i wrote it but i did mention it verbally, there will be two pit stop mandatory this race also. see you all there!

good race last week. this week will be the first week we keep track of points. points will be awarded as follows.

- 1 point for fastest time trial logged before thursday's race
- 1st place 6 points
- 2nd place 4 points
- 3rd place 3 points
- 4th place 2 points
- 5th place 1 point
- 6th place 0 points

this will be a ten race series staring this week, the last two weeks will count as practice.

this weeks rules are as follows.
- 3 cars to be chosen from the used car lot, all cars must be purchased at the same time, from the same lot.( get into each car after purchase to prove you bought them from the same lot)
- cars must not be more than 20,000 credits.
- credits not spent on the car may be used to purchase additional parts not in the sports tuning category. (for instance if you spend 15000 on you car that leaves you 5000 for things such as a turbo, race exhaust, light weight, engine tuning ect. round down by the 100 credit to determine how much you have left.(write it down if you cant remember how much you spent on a certain car).
- sports tune for power, (equipment must say sport to be allowed on the car, ecu is allowed as well.)
- race clutch and flywheel allowed
- stock tranys only
- diff tuning is allowed
- tires will be sports medium
- track is nurbemburghring gp/d(the shortest one)
- pick the car of the three that will suit you best for the race and time trial. car used to win the time trial point must be used in the race.
- 2 madatory pitstops
**race suspension is allowed to give some degree of individual tuning.

any questions let me know. also i will take a 4,000 credit disadvantage in buying the car because i won the last 2 weeks running good luck and post up what you all find.

Ok yay I found it lol

Ok, I just bought all 3 of my cars at the same time from the used car lot.

- Supra SZ-R $19800 (NA)
- Euro Accord R $18,000
- Mitsubishi FTO GPX $17,000

Hopefully these will stay somewhat competitive with what you get.

Devin

By the way, I did not realize this. I thought we could build these cars to any PP with in the regulations. Did not realize we had a limit to spend on other than "SPORTS" parts. I already lightened all 3 of my cars to the max and can not un do them. Can we have a consensus or Christian chime in on what I should do.

Should we be allowed to lighten all of our cars? Or, should I refresh my used car market and pick 3 new used cars?

Thanks Your Pal,
Dev"O"n

Idk chris said it last night ... Just sports upgrades the I made the comment about them being bpu upgrades.. Id say your probably going to have to repick... Even if you ballast the car idk that its fair due to the drop in center of graivity and the change in weight distrobution. Only way yPpou can do weight down is ii you but a car for 15 ... You'll still have 5 left for weight reduc

And idk that you can ballast thr spots back to stock weight... Not trying to be a dick debo just trying to keep the cost down... 35k per car 105k for all three thats alot lol

.

yea sorry if i didnt make it clear to you guys but the limit is 20000 credits to spend on car and other mods not including "sports tune" stuff which are free upgrades. devon you are going to have to repick since i dont think you can undo light weight tuning. if you do have money left over after purchaseing yhou vehicle you can spend it on extra parts but that is the exent of bonus tuning. sorry bro those are some choice cars too. but if it makes you feel any better i can only pick 16000 credits and so far that leaves me with cars like what we were racing in last night on first glance in my used car lot.

I hear you, and understand. Looks like I shall leave those cars for a rainy day.

I know, I was kind of excited with those 3. I will do some races and refresh my used car lot. Once it is all refreshed I will pick 3 new "used" cars. Sorry for the mix up, I do also want to keep this as fair as possible. Thanks for the input. I'll let you guys know once I get some more cars, what they are and what I spent.

I just slightly edidted the rules to allow for race suspension. Please read all the rules for the week to fully understand the limitations. I dont want to screw up anyone else be being unclear. Thanks.

Ok guys,

My used car line up is now...(Officially Shafted)

- Another Mitsubishi FTO Version R $19,700 (Low mileage :) lol)
- 98' Sileighty $18,900
- 98' Civic EK Type R (Vinny Special) $17,400

Wish I had my old line up but fair is fair. Good luck guys.

Devin

BTW, as per Chris... Engine & Suspension overhaul are not allowed. You must run the car the way you bought it used. Might want to look into low mileage vehicles.

FYI Chris $4k penalty is a compounded penalty. i.e. he won week one so he has a 10pp penalty last week but won anyway so this week his penalty is doubled. normally it'd just be a 10% penalty when it comes to a money limit but he won twice in a row so his penalty is 20% just to clarify.

chris- just doing the math to get percents dont know if thats what your intention was please comment
