Rare cars post-million dollar patch?

So after the million dollar patch, I was wondering how you guys have gotten some of those nice rare cars? I would love the Waldo but have yet to ever see it for sale.

Is it just luck of the draw on the UCL?

Yep or OCD, sometimes all i do is check the ucd for inventory, do a couple of races and check ucd. Hopefully spec 2.0 brings some life back into GT5.

Ok, I signed up for this and put everthing in order like it said, yet I only get errors. Is it normal for it to take a while to sync up?

I got a lot of the "rare" cars via trade, but after the 1 million restriction... All I could do was race... and wait... and wait... and wait... you get the idea...

This list is long, and it's complicated by certain factors that vary for every person.

The short story is, you might be in one of the "blind spots" on that list. I'm in one too. The list was 100% accurate for me until I got to a certain point in the cycle.

Just use search. It allows you to get basically every non stealth/chromeline car in the game from your friends.

Borrow a car. Delete your game data from the XMB. Boot up game. Cancel patches. Switch to another car. Borrowed car is now in your garage permanently.

yeah, it's the V12 Wolks. I don't know why I've started calling it the waldo. Regardless, I've had this game since launch, please several times a week, and I'm still missing some gems.

Maybe that's why I keep coming back haha

GT1, GT40, and GT LM? Those are winnable you know, right? The Ford GT LM might not be if you're talking about the Modern Gulf livery

yes but I am grinding the seasonals trying to get my exp. points up. and since we are not allowed to have more than 20 mil in the bank, I might as well spend a couple of mil on some cool cars

Reminds me of TDU and reserving cars.

Sometimes they took a couple hours, others a few days, and even an unlucky few weeks (in real time). Waiting for the Daytona coupe was a 🤬.

OT: just sort through the UCD. If you get desperate, do the borrow glitch.
