CTR-2: 83/100, B-
This car is all about power. It will generate amazing delta-v with its big turbos and AWD. Unfortunately, the handling is so badly overshadowed by its little brother, the RGT, that this car is rendered kind of silly in GT3. "Massive understeer" only begins to describe the CTR-2 under throttle.
The CTR-2's saving grace, though, is how predictable and controllable the grip and weight management are. Yes, it understeers, but it always does it, and the same way every time. Once you recognize that fact, you can learn to hurl it into the corners with trail braking to get the car pointed to the inside of the apex, then bring on the throttle and let the understeer generate nice four-wheel drifts. The car is quite responsive to lift-throttle adjustments to your line, so with practice it is very possible to hustle this car around some twisty tracks.
I wouldn't want to drive one on SS R11 much, though.
