Is it just me, or do they look even more realistic when put together into that grid than they do full size in the original thread?

As long as they're not adding a ton of stuff in I don't see why it's not realistic. I added minor lighting fixes to my LFA backfire shot, and I was able to bring out the shadows underneath the car better because without it it looked superimposed to me. Basic stuff like that shouldn't make it unrealistic. (And I'm pretty sure I mentioned mine had a few effects on it)
