PD has the money to get gt5 sun visors [advertisments]on all the cars in 24hr's of nurburgring
but dont spend that money to improve gt5?
ugh...

what do you think about this?

You know people are just going to argue with you and flame you over this, so why even bother? I think it's cool, it shows off GT5 to a lot of people.

still i doubt the sun visors on a cloudy rainy day are gonna grab massive amounts of attention
and i dont care if people flame its only an internet forum

Er yeah, what do you see when you look at the front of a race car at the Nurb? front end, windshield, OMG SUN VISOR! Doesn't matter the weather, people will see it, kaboom marketing for GT5!

the sunvisers are cool dont take the piss out of it

Just so you know, it is probably Sony that made this decision, not PD. PD just makes the game and Sony sells it.

I dunno but I reckon they are really behind in improving/updating GT5,in terms of updates it's outclassed.:(
Hope for improvements and more premium car's soon.

GT5's PR isn't handled by PD, no developer ever does unless they're indie. Sony Computer Entertainment hire someone else to do it and it's their money, nothing to do with GT5's budget whatsoever.

I love to see the GT5 logo on all the awsome cars. Don't mind it one bit, may even get some more people in on the game, and (who knows?) some decent drivers as well.

Advertising sells the game, which in turn allows Sony/PD to develop further. 'Improving' the game to a hardcore of fans that are still playing it will not improve their balance sheets one tiny bit. Sony\PD's marketing budget is a totally separate entity to their operating budget anyway.
