Sorry for the bump, but I have another question:

Is the X1 usable in regular A-Spec events? Provided of course that there are no limitation in said events.

Especially if the X1 is usable in the Endurance Events. I'm in level 25, and there's no limitations on the Grand Valley 300km event.

Thanks in advance!
Yes. All events that have "No limitations" including online.

Oh and turn the downforce all the way up on the car and it gets even more insane. Feels much faster than it does in the challenge. I managed a 3:48 on Nurburgring. I think <3:30 is very possible.

Been driving x1 for 2 days on nuburgring. But when i switched back to my other cars like zonda R. it felt so slow. and i dont know how to drive them anymore.

Finally after many many days of trying, I got bronze on all 3 tracks. I was constantly 2 seconds behind on Suzuka and realised on 1 corner I could brake in it and not before. I feel so happy I have accomplished this mission.

You all seem to be confused or misled. Let me clear this up... Forgive my spelling.

When you hit Level 30, you unlock the "Sebastian Vettele" challenge (spelling)... ALSO KNOWN AS THE RED BULL CHALLENGE. They are the same thing.

Dont confuse this with the SEBASTIAN LOEB challenge. Thats different. And that is easy. The Vettele Red bull one is ridiculous.

If you can beat the challenge, you get the car. BUT, there are 3 versions of the car. If you get bronze, you get the "Slower" one. and silver, the medium, and gold, the fast one. This is what I heard. I have still not beaten it, but i am level 30 a-spec and trying the challenge.

Word of advice... its impossible without a wheel. I have used the controller this whole time and have no wheel. I am like 45 seconds away from bronze. Its insanely ridiculous.

You have a better chance getting to level 40 and just buying it.

uh.... its so god dammmmmmn hard.....

Or if your working through B-Spec you get given it as a prize for reaching Level 35.

No they are all the same speed, it is just livery difference.

Hi I need some help? I did bronze and silver with not too much sweat and gold at Monza. But gold on the rest I am stuck. Tip don't overdrive, car understeers to much and you scrub off to much speed. ( G27)

Anybody out there that can help with gold on the rest???

i am almost in the same situation of Acky: gold on Monza (in about one hour and a half), silver on Nurburgring (2:08:466, after two days of trying) and bronze on Suzuka at about 9 seconds from the gold; i think it will be really difficult do better 'cause the setup it's not good for me; infact when i got the X2010 and i modified the setup i make immediately the gold time on Nurburgring and really near the gold on Suzuka; its from the Loeb Challenge that i wonder why it's impossible to have my own setup, like in real world every pilot in a team have it's own.

Ya the whole "three different speed" cars was a myth some guy said. Not sure why I believed him. Almost at level 35 bspec though.... MUCH faster than getting 40 Aspec. I wasted about 150 hours grinding endurance aspec, and then decided to let bspec bob do it. I was level 5, and in 1 week, im now level 34... SO CLOSE. I think I will have the X1 tomorrow. Set your playstation to race on a long endurance race and switch the TV input and just watch something else lol. Or I have a separate monitor dedicated to GT5 in the living room. Then I watch stuff on the tv.
