If you go into Windows Update, you will notice there is a release of Windows Installer 3.0 that you can put on your PC if you have Win. XP.

Anyway, there is a more cruel way to fix that problem: reformat your hard drive and reinstall Windows completely. heheheheheh.

Yeah, thats what I've done... and its become a massive headache. I somehow managed to catch a virus (I think). I figured I'd reformat because I couldn't seem to remove the thing. Windows won't let me install my videocard drivers for an odd reason. Its a good thing that computer isn't my only computer.
