I didn't know you can run out of gas, that is awesome.
It's coasts for a little bit then comes to a dead stop. Like 10 seconds or something was incredibly sudden and confusing till I checked the gas gauge.400+hp In a car close to 4000lbs will eat that up really quick
Question though, does the car completely stop, or does it coast at a very low speed?
With the big change in gas usage it's probably been throwing off a lot of people. It will definitely make longer races interesting! It's coasts for a little bit then comes to a dead stop. Like 10 seconds or something was incredibly sudden and confusing till I checked the gas gauge.
Soooo, am I imagining things or were sounds upgraded? My SLS AMG GT3 used to sound weak but today it sounds downright evil. Low engine grumble, snarling exhaust every shift - pure audio bliss. I've driven this car quite a few times since the early release and I don't recall it EVER sounding this good.
Edit: Just took my Civic Type-R out for a spin. There's a definite improvement to audio (though that awful echo is still present - seriously, who thought this sounded realistic?). I'm also noticing cars backfire which I made a personal note of them missing the other day. The same shift/redline noise from the Forza 3 days is still here.
What do you mean, they were upgraded? I didn't get any updates yet.![]()
Wow, Really? I'm surprised!Had lots of fun racing in the D class hopper today, found quite a few clean racers and only had a problem with one guy specifically targeting me as a result of my misjudgement, I waited for the guy after I hit him and sent a message apologizing but he wasn't having it.
Also must have seen at least 10 people using your Lamborghini Jalpa tune @ImaRobot mostly new players but did have a good scrap with one for a couple of laps before they missed their braking spot.
Sadly it's pretty much useless. Make it as light as possible, as powerful as possible and it's still slower than you can imagine and brakes slower as well.Had to by the big FAF SUV yesterday. Really heavy but can have 750+ hp.
I'm just as confused. But these cars absolutely didn't sounds this way the other day. I'm about to fire it back up and try a few other cars I used before. What do you mean, they were upgraded? I didn't get any updates yet.![]()
I like it a bit more since it's lost that retarded bumpy section at the end.I always have and still do absolutely hate Sebring.
Noticed you just added yourself to the gamertag share thread. Just add as many people from there as you want and I'm sure plenty will accept. I know I will!Could do with some online mates now though![]()

I agree 100%. Best rain driving I have EVER seen in a racing game. Night racing is great too but I like the races in the rain the most.Driving in the rain is awesome.
I leave rewind on with all assists off and I drive on inside view. Haters gonna hate about rewind but I am lucky if I get 1 hour a night during the week right now. Think I want to run a 30 minute race, crash, and have to restart the next day. Nope. Also don't forget, if you use rewind, you are not rewarded as much money and you instantly have an uncertified lap. Still such a great feature to have. I cant express how thankful I am for this series having rewind. My favorite part about the rain is nailing a puddle 30 minutes into an endurance race and spinning into a wall with sim damage on and rewinds shut off. I mean, that puddle was there for the first 15 laps, I dunno why I thought driving through it would be fun.

Trust me, I like the rewind and I never turn it off. In this case I had a mod (which I thought was just Sim damage on) that forced rewind off. I didn't know this until the puddle incident.I leave rewind on with all assists off and I drive on inside view. Ahh gotcha. Those mods do have hidden restrictions which I also learned the other day. I put on a dare mod that increased weight or something similar to that. So I thought yeah this will be fun with a heavier car. BUT what I did not know was that it turned ON traction control. I don't run any assists, so after that race I sold the mod.Trust me, I like the rewind and I never turn it off.
