Renault Engineer Suicide?

Reports seem a bit sketchy at the moment, but it seems that a Renault engineer shot himself at their headquarters.

I think it was mentioned briefly in the thread. And ye its a while ago now.

Well it didn't mentioned in the GPUpdate site, so I'm guessing it must have been a false rumor. Otherwise his name would be mentioned on the website for sure....... Or maybe it just wasn't an important event unlike the death of Dino Toso...... don't really know for sure. Didn't really have other stories after this either.

The BBC cannot report it if it is a rumour... plus Renault themselves made a statement on the matter.

Renault issued a tribute to Mr Millar following his death.

Strange there was no mention of it in the TV coverage of the Hungarian GP - perhaps details were too sketchy for ITV to say anything, but perhaps the Renault ream will acknowledge the incident in some way in the next race?

Well I guess it wasn't important enough for other people to notice. But its weird that everyone remembered the death of Dino Toso but no single word about the suicide even when it happened before Dino Toso's death.....
