What a fantastic addition. Love how much attention French brands have gotten lately.
"There’s still some mysteries left in Spec III’s locker though, with two cars left to be revealed. Well, two and a half."

I genuinely don't understand what that mean... I think the Panda is here, and it's very tiny but I would have said 1 and a half car left remaining 🤔
Tuning for the 12R?

In a meta sense it's quite fun that the last year of French cars being added to the game has "built up" to the Espace's glorious return, especially with the last one being the Avantime. Either way I can't wait to toss it around the track with the Escudo as my opponent!! :D

They aren't.
You sure?
Lots, but why is that relevant?

PD generates content longlists and shortlists from myriad sources, internal and external. Thinking that the Suggestions forum is not one of those sources, and it's entirely coincidental, requires one to dismiss the reason behind it existing in the first place.

Sure would be nice if people realised that and used it properly instead of vomiting lists into every other thread and ignoring it, then getting mad about the cars they really care about not being added (and thinking the cause is unilateral).

You sure?
Yeah I have trouble believing PD actively check a subforum that hasn't had more than 5 users since 2015. The priority for what cars to add a decade ago with 1000 cars in the game is very different to the priority for what cars to add today where half of the cars from the old game are now missing.

Nissan R390 GT1 and road car??

Happy Spongebob Squarepants GIF

...oh... and the Panda 😅
I am praying for a new prototype race car to be part of SpecIII and would happily take the R390 GT1.

GREAT !!!

Better, they add the right version, not the showcar (as they did on GT2).

Both versions are part of Renault Classic collection. Unfortunately, it needs some engineers (and the ones from the car era) to wake up the monster. The video from 2002 Goodwood is the last time the car took the road.

Lot of car jumps at every corners. Just hope PD didn't simulate the same suspension setup :D

- When a car make his engineers so proud (1995) :

The show version is often seen at different events, as I spot during a Ferrari event this year, sry to many people to take a good pic :

BTW: These rim covers indicate it's the show version.

What a freaking great news, couldn't believe it when watching the gt world series live.

Same. Maybe a typo?
The explanation is in the very next paragraph.

To summarise, we know exactly what five of the cars are (Ferrari 296 GT3, Mine's R34, Mitsubishi FTO, Polestar 5 Performance, Renault Espace F1), and we don't know what two of them are.

We only know the name of the last (F3500-B) but not really anything deeper especially as the garage car has a different nose than the one we originally saw. Thus we only really know part of it and not all about it yet.

Again, not only has Yamauchi openly stated that PD uses multiple sources including forums when making long- and short-lists for future content, the Suggestions forum only exists because PD asked us to create it.

Excuse me for being boring, but I don't want to ruin the good atmosphere and such, but I really don't like the Espace F1, I would have rather had an original Espace V6 from the same period 😅. But I'm happy for those of you who like it, that you get to drive it😊👍

There are video where it was working prototype actually. No matter what it is now
As I mentioned in the article, there's two of them. One was a static demo model, which Renault now has, the other was the fully operational car that's in the Matra Museum. The static car has the amber lights in the wing; they actually both did for a bit, but they were removed from the working one.

Haven't played GT2 that much (tried it a few years ago on an emulator, but playing PS1 games nowadays is a bit difficult for me), so I have no connection to this car at all.

Curious to see what it's all about...

I actually like it more because it's got tyre branding. :)
