Replay Storage -- Limited Space?

GTS is reporting that it does not have enough space to store a race replay; it is asking for 5MB. The PS4 reports 400GB of available free space. Is there a way to increment the storage space that GTS uses?

If not, is there a way to EXPORT replays? I really don't want to lose the ones I have.

Nope, seems we are stuck with whatever PD allocated for it, the Library is binded to the PS4
