Welcome to GTPlanet.

You can transfer them to your PC and store them there if you're worried about space on the PS3. But right now you cannot watch them on your PC.

Jack 👍

If you want to record in HD I cant speak about the Intensity Pro. I have it and this is the quality on GT5P.

As you can see, 720p 16/9 wide screen format and very high quality videos, very heavy too XD.

The other choice is the Hauppauge 1212 PVR. but you can not record with digital quality like HDMI. You can't any way in the Ps3 but you can do that in the Xbox 360 with the Intensity Pro.

That video its my first record in HD but I need better quality, its just because of the codecs I use. It can be even better if I get the right settings of the Intensity Pro.
But you have yo know the video I posted its only 290mb weigh, and its 2:37 long in HD, so I think if I upload the original 850mb video you will see a much better quality.

If you only want to record in SD, well I have a SD video recorder and I dont use it because if you want to record and play at the same time you have to put the SD settings 480p resolution, so its not really good for all the situations. For use it only in replays its ok.
