Reselling Prize Cars

Hello everyone , My copy of Gt5 will arrive in a few hours so I was wondering....

Can I win the same prize car more than once and keep reselling it??

Some cars can be re-won I believe, but I understand many can't. Vehicles won of special events such as licence tests cannot be re-won, so if you sell them, they are gone.
