I bought another DLC yesterday that came with the tickets if you already had the other dlc's. Which I did. Although I did not get the restore tickets. Any help?

If I am not mistaken the restore tickets were for those who bought 2 items in DLC 1 (one had to be the full package, the other could be a paint pack) and bought another DLC pack other than that.
I am guessing you only got 1 item from DLC 1...
This is incorrect. The FT-86 II Concept '11 was the gift for purchasing
any 2 of the packs from the October DLC.
