I did that but I still have no FFB.

Very odd, typically super easy to setup. Have you checked your T500RS settings to see if it is set to use the in-game settings? I have never done the demo, go to the rF2 folder and under the User Data/Controller/. Regardless, if the Auto-Detect finds the profile something else is not set right, rF2 has the easiest controller setup and the best FFB.

That's what I have heard which is why I was so surprised to have this problem. When I hit detect it said t500rs.

Did you check your T500 control panel? If those are OK I would try re-installing the demo. I'm not sure what's going on, you may contact ISI's support or forums as well, rF2 is well worth the effort!

I solved the problem, I wasn't on the latest firmware.
 
2 laps with the BMW F1 2004(I suck with open wheelers)!


Nah, good driving and video, especially considering the car is trigger happy. I managed a couple of decent laps at Sepang, never beat the AI though. This is a car needing TC if I ever drove one, have to accelerate ever so gently. I do not like how MAK implement their steering though, never can get it right. Modeling and sound are awesome!
 
Gameplay about the new F1 Williams FW26 of 2004 with the BMW V10 engine, for rFactor 2. In the video I give a lap with this F1 at Silverstone GP.
 
Well, I managed to have a few acceptable laps with the Williams FW26. Without any aids this thing is twitchy!

 
So I tried the Kart mod...I SUCK! You must be a very good 2-foot driver and probably reassign the clutch to act as the brake, although that has other negative consequences. They are a blast to drive however.

Hey guys. Saw the Karts and had to give them a try, sweet. rFactor2 us quickly becoming a favourite. Still terrible with anything that's got some power and learning the tracks.

Trying to find a group that races online so I can get my fix 👍
 
Okay so I'm new to PC gaming, I just got the r factor 2 demo and I hooked up my t500 rs to it and I have zero FFB. How do you set it up? When ever I turn it it just tries to center itself. Please help.


This has happened to me. I am running the latest firmware also. Thing is that I updated rFactor 2 then played, thought the FFB was horrible, weak in the middle but far too strong when approaching lock, I exited out and looked at the thrustmaster control panel, didn't change anything. Went back to the game and the FFB was very weak to the point that I could mistake it for not being there. Now nothing I do brings it back.

Anyway can anyone here with a T500 share their wheel settings for rFactor2 for when I sort out this issue?
 
Go to settings, controller and click "Auto Detect" on the lower right side of the panel. I'll get back to you on my T500 settings.

The BEs mod has been updated. It is at v1.0, but there will be a couple tweaks released in the future. cpit materials updated, exterior reflections reworked, the tires have been re-tooled as well.

Still to do: add hard tires, few other optimizations. But that is in the future.

OMG, I'm loving it!

Will the chassy flex be implemented (or is it already?). guybo, I hope to make one of the races soon...I hope!
