The fact fact that I can't try a demo first somewhat annoys me.
I'll give it a try sometime...
 
Okay, I am downloading the HTTP Beta version of rF2. When I download all the other HTTP mods, what do I do? Are they automatically on the game? or do I have to move the files around?

What is the extension on the file you downloaded?
 
I don't know what that is :lol: is that the ding? I downloaded the .exe file installer and it's working. How do I get the cars on the game?

Do you have administrative privileges?
And .exe is the extension.
Other common ones include .zip and .rar.

Try right clicking on the .exe and select run as.
Click on the bubble that isn't already selected.
Leave the top box as "Administrator" then ask your parents for the Administrator password.
 
How does one remove (hide) the interface when watching a full replay? I am trying to record it but need to remove it. Any ideas guys?

Download rFactor2_Build49_Setup.exe and install it. Run "rF2 launcher" when it's installed - a shortcut should automatically be placed on your desktop - and head to the purchase tab to buy the game so you can use it.

Download:
ISI1032-v10-RenaultMeganeTrophy.rfmod
ISI1044-v10-FormulaRenault35s.rfmod
ISI1044-v10-v11-FormulaRenault35s.rfmod
ISI1045-v10-1960sWorldClassRacing.rfmod

Place these downloaded files in your Packages folder - if you used the default directory this will be in My Documents\rFactor2. In the Simulate tab of the launcher, click Manage Mods. Right-click each mod in the list and select install. Once you've installed the Formula Renaults there should be an asterisk beside it on the left; right-click the FR3.5s and select update. From there, close the mod manager and play.

EDIT: I just downloaded the HTTP 1960's world class racing mod, What file should it open under? It opened under adobe :grumpy: so it's redownloading. Should I open it under a win.rar file?

if it its winrar file. You need to unzip it to the mod folder in rFactor2. There shoiiild be a button on the game UI that you can press that allows you to add the mods. gl
 
What settings l for the screen should I use? Because a lot of the tracks and gameplay are choppy and makes me crash. Especially at Monaco
 
Right now the graphics are not optimized, so pretty much everyone is having trouble with framerates. I have everything maxed in iRacing and run a steady 200fps, with everything maxed in rF2 I'm at about 30-40fps.
