IMHO, Mr. Richard Burns was:

* A 'class act'
* A damn good driver
* A gentleman
* An all-around competitor!

The likes of which won't be seen for quite some time!

Rest in Peace Richard Burns! You'll sadly be missed, even by those across the pond!

Terrible news. It seems Rally just cant catch a break over the last few years. So many greats taken so early.

I seriously was one of those people who expected to see Burns come back and be champion again. Such a shame.

As far as I know it was cancer, a tumor in his head.....
