I read that it will be awesome
and more ralistic than Colin Mc Rae!

Anyway, I don't know if I can ask about this...
I want to know if the PS2 demo (that was released in PS2 official mag.) can be downloaded somewhere?

Yes And No.
You probaly could d/l it, but its a ps2 demo, there isnt much demand for pirating those. and even if you did find a d/l for it, it would be useless without a ps2 modchip.

also you cant really discuss that here.
 
I have the PS2 demo on the OPSM2 demo disc. No comments for now :).

It can't be ripped easily off of it (well not by me) but the whole disc could be uploaded somewhere, it's about 2GB but I'm not going to upload it anywhere.
 
I have RBR Ps2 Demo :). And im getting full ps2 version soon and Pc version later :)

RBR is amazing, ofcourse im a sim racing fan so i dont mind that rbr is not easy :). I hope that game wont get a lot of bad reviews(Read. Cmr Fans and Wrc Fans Arcade Lovers Reviews).

This title is A MUST for a real rally fan :).

ps. Dont judge rbr if u dont have a wheel...

Actually, if we're discussing a free demo, that was not originally sold for money, then discussing downloads would be OK. The issue comes in when people ask for pirated copies of commercial material.

No. Stupid reviewers that love arcade says that it suck, and i think that they didnt even try to drive with a wheel lol... If you are looking for a sim, then RBR is great.. I can easily say, RBR is FIRST RALLY SIM. Go for it! 👍 :)
 
I hope it will be better than Colin that is a good and "realistic" game but it's always the same every fu**ing year!!!

We (sim-fun) need a real rally game!!!
 
BTW kamkor what is your best time in the demo?

Mine is 2:56.xx with pad and automatic. I could have played it with my MOMO Force but didn't bother to try.

Im playing with my driving force pro and using manual transmission and my best time is 2:54:38 so far :dopey:

ps. I hate one thing in this demo.. You must watch demo ending movie always.. :( And then u must start rbr again.. And loading is too long :(

What did u use to drive, a wheel or a pad? What view did u use? Did u finish rally school first? Do you like cmr/wrc games? Are u looking for a sim or maybe you are just arcade lover?

So, to every arcade game lover.. Go back to your cmr/wrc! 👎
 
I like arcade games and sims, I wouldn't touch CMR with a barge pole now that i own RSC2 :D

RBR crap? OH NO!!! :(, well im still gonna give it a go on the pc

Yes. As Far as I know I'm the fastest with a pad in the demo :). I could do better if I just bothered to plug my MOMO in. Just waiting for the PC demo...
BTW. A friend has done 2:50.xx with the MOMO Force.

And you can skip the ending film by pushing Select + Start at the same time. That way you can sort of restart at any point if you happen to crash. No need to watch the ending, just load it again...

NOOOOOOO.. RBR is not a crap. And you see now.. Guys that have expected another 'realistic' hovercraft sim(CMR) are dissapointed. RBR is a pure sim, so screw arcade lovers/reviewers opinions and enjoy rbr if u are looking for first rally sim ;)

I didn't rented it , actually. I just played it in our game store with the wheel and it sucked hard , I couldn't take a curve without to crash into a tree 👎
I tried to play with the controller and it was just a little bit better.
BTW ...I don't like arcade games!

It sucks, because its hard? :crazy: Rotfl... Maybe, because of that there is a rally school in rbr, dont u think so?
 
I didn't play RBR school mode , just played in singel player mode and the psychics was awefull. Maybe beacuse I sucked. And wich I did.
 
Then you sucked, because physics are amazing. :P On my first try in rbr i had 2 meetings with a trees in 30 seconds :). But later i drove slower and it was great, later faster and faster and faster.. ;)

I just bought it!!! :O
I try it with Colin, but it was very hard to control the car...
The only game, at the moment that was ok is Prologue (wich support 900°) 👍
Does Richard support 900° with Driving Force Pro???

Someone knows if other games will support 900° in the future??? At the moment I know that only GT4 will.
 
Yeah, ive got dfp. 900 deg mode wasnt very good in rbr ps2 demo, actually, not playable :). I will tell u how it feels in full version later.

Anyway, if u want to drive with 900deg mode then you should try live for speed: www.liveforspeed.com

By the way Celica: Rbr is getting bad reviews from gamers, they say: RBR sucks, its so hard, its unrealistic, it sucks etc... Man, thats really lame, gamers from this world really dissapoint me :)


ps. Some ppl forget that rbr is suppoused to be realistic, and it is realistic and its hard and unforgiving, just like a real rallying(Codemasters has said that cmr is realistic, and a lot of ppl believe them, why? Because they CANT be top rally drivers in 10 mins)

Anyway Colin isn't bad (Maybe because I've don't play RBR) :D the problem of Colin is that is a game that came every year (like fifa etc) and not like GT series... Games like this will never be perfect (IMO).

Live4speed is only for PC (am I right)? If yes, Driving Force Pro can be used for PC to?
