Yeah, it is just weather change. It definitely should've had time change though. How a developer so in it with Super GT can overlook allowing us to run a proper Pokka 1000km is beyond me.

Has anyone posted a setup for this track because my junk will only hit about 2:03+ so I don't know what to think. I don't know how screwd up it is now after I tweeked it for the rain.

Not yet, to beat to do anything tonight anymore, three one hour naps doesn't work for "sleep" for me, I'll definitely get something up tomorrow to try though.

No time change for Suzuka...Darn.
And pokka?The drink company?

Hey, I'm interested! Fryercar showed me this post! Qualify is today Saturday, Race Sundays? cool!

Well, my Sunday evening just freed up. I signed up on the first page.

I would like to race with you guys this weekend. If there are any objections please let me know. (sorry for mid-season entrance)

Off to try and tame the beast.

Edit -
Some of you may already know, but I was lucky enough to get a 2011 Vette Convertible for the day last week... Phenomenal. 250 miles of all back road windy, banked corner love. I hope that gives me an advantage, but seeing the crew here, I have a feeling I might be a bit slow.

and Rees! Welcome man! Super glad you have the time to run now. See you soon!

I'm gonna open up a practice room in about an hour, I'll probably end up qualifying today.

Welcome, I personally read OP's for a series 3-5 times, it helps to remember everything, it can be a lot to try to take in at once. 👍

Great to see you join.👍 Though I highly doubt the "slow" bit. ;)
You Vette driving lucky ess-oh-bee. :D

Thanks Wardez! I will hopefully join you in that room to see how far off the pace I am. :scared:

Wouldn't that make you a "grand s.o.b"? :D
It is awesome though, if I can't have something, it's good to see other decent people getting it.

Bienvenidos Sifer.

Ok, the OP's all updated, I'm gonna start up the room now. I'll edit in the number soon.

Can't get back in the room. It's alright, I'll just qualify tomorrow. See you then guys.

If you see this Wardez, Red's host now, might help you re-connect.
Usually though people don't have problems joining my rooms...

It's alright, I have to run to work now. Later guys.

RedReevos - 1:57.079
GTP_Sifer - 1:58.085
GTP_CSL - 1:58.444

I know Red's PMing them to Wardez, just letting everyone here know what they are.

And my brake pedal is sticking, murdered my good lap, could have had a 57.5 I think, thankfully Red mentioned Bungees, I'm off to find a bungee system now.

I would say that sucks, but myself not having a job to go to right now, I see you as lucky. 👍

I know Red's PMing them to Wardez, just letting everyone here know what they are, Sifer's pending due to GT's terrible camera angle option's, or lack thereof, neither myself or Red could see the chicane properly, I'm assuming it's clean, me and Red both have the replay to check.

Sifer's lap has been checked and is 100% clean.

Bummer about your brake pedal sticking down the straight CSL. I couldn't figure out why your laps looked so good, but the time just didn't seem to line up. Hope you enjoy the bungees, really makes the DFGT pedals much, much better. Like I said, I believe I used 16 or 18" ones on mine. Message me if you want.. I can go measure them if need be.

Sending my car off to BOB industries to put some miles on. Should be at maximum power come race time tomorrow. Good luck to all that qualify tomorrow. No need to pull any hero 1'55s though.:sly:

goodness i have not even practiced yet...
I hope everyone is clear, we can qualify all week, we don't have to wait till the last day, anyone can add me as of now, I have about 30 friend spots left, much easier to get a hold of me through PSN message, I can open qualy rooms if others aren't around. 👍
(not always, but it's an extra shot that can work most anytime I'm playing)

I think they were, hard to measure what could have been, but I like my tune finally, speaking of which I'll get my attempt at a tune up soon guys, though last I heard, Red's pretty much using Wardez's OP recommended tune with a much lower LSD, so it seems that tune is working well also.👍

I found a video and felt silly for not knowing how, I'll check my bungees to see if they work and get back to you.

EDIT: I was literally pulling the pedal up with my foot out of corners the second lap. Just thought it was an amusing detail.

What times are these races held in GMT?

If I'm able to join, I sure will! 👍

I stated my interest in the first reply to the thread, but by then there was no decided time for the races.

If the time suits me, I'll sign up in the form in an instant. 👍

According to this: http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/, EDT is -4 from GMT. That should make the race lobby open at 10:30 GMT and race starts at 11:00GMT.

Someone please confirm, but I believe this to be right.

I always enjoy racing with you, so I hope this fits in your schedule.. If not, at least I still get to race with you in the WSGTC.

You are correct about my tune. Just grabbed Wardez' OP base tune, lowered the LSD, slight adjustment of the brake bias and off I went.

I hope the bungees are the complete solution for you... I actually can't believe you have been so fast all this time with the stock DFGT pedals. There is just no resistance at all to those stock pedals

Are races held at 7 PM New York time?
Sorry, but have not seen "EDT" times before..

If so, you're correct.. Until Daylightsavings go back to winter time. 30th October for me, and 6th November for you guys in the US.

EDT = Eastern Daylight Time.. same as New York time.

Things will get tricky in the forums for the international races come daylight savings switch.

Thanks Red!

I've always liked racing you too.. Bet we will have some great racing in the last couple of rounds. 👍

Yea, the switch during the spring made the stewrds work hard to get the correct info out.. It was insane for a few weeks until all time zones got on par..

Sadly, the times only suit me every other week..
Can't this week, but should be able to join La Sarthe, wich is the 3rd race, and then the 5th race.

It's a bit sad that I will not be able to race for a good total table position, but when I see all you great drivers in here, I just feel I have to race here with all of you! 👍

If Wardez thinks it's ok that I sign up even if I can only make 2 races, I will.. Gives me an extra week to prepare for each race.. So when I'm on track, I'll be deadly... oooor not 💡

Means a lot to me for you to put forward the interest Dennis.

The time of the race start is 23:00 GMT.

I have a bungee hooked up, and working now. 👍
Unfortunately it's a strange bungee with no hooks, so it's a little awkward I think, I'll be heading to the store for some proper ones asap though.

If it makes me faster, I owe you indefinitely. I don't know what, but something.
I might try doing the gas pedal too.:trouble:

Good to see another quality driver Dennis, even if only half the races.👍

Edit: I use to many 🤬 symbols anymore... :irked:
See what I mean?

Sorry should have clarified that 7PM EDT = 23:00 GMT, instead of just 11:00... Just the American in me. In fact I didn't even clarify PM when I said 11:00. Hope I didn't confuse anyone. Thank you for the clarification Eddie.
