well id try it the only way i know how, select a close opponent and run both against him.
Why not use same tuning with different bias and run both from stand still and rolling against each other
i was just sayin how id do it, that works too.
I don't think this relates to GT5. It's only a game, only a game......The AWD would have to compensate for the power. Like a AWD car with 500hp vs a RWD car with 500hp its the RWD all day the AWD would need at least 50+Hp to have a chance but even then the RWD would more then likely run it down.
AWD has to distribute power among 4 wheels which takes more effort compared to powering just 2. So to your question yeah redistrubing the power as much as possible would help but all 4 wheels are still being powered so you are still losing power, no matter how you set it up the only thing you could do is detach the front diff which is not possible in GT5.

So there's still hope for the gtr?
Lol
Is it an advantage in GT5 and/or only in reality? That's what I'm questioning. How does my post not relate? I was talking about RWD Vs AWD from
A roll. All I did was explain why RWD has the advantage over AWD and I did answer the original posters question.
And to the op's last post yeah there is hope but like I said you would have to race a RWD with at least 50-100 less hp from a roll over 45mph
