I hit well over 334 in my premium Ford GT street car. The last picture I took was at 334 MPH and I was still a ways behind the X1, I pulled up beside him to pass and he got all mad and started swerving. I guess he was mad his almighty POS X1 was getting passed by a street car lololol

I hit 320 mph earlier today while drafting in my Mercedes-Benz SL600, which has 1022 horsepower. Needless to say, I nearly dropped a deuce when I saw 320 on the speedometer. :dunce: It is one fast car, that's for sure. That was drafting some Veyrons, by the way. Have no idea what kind of speeds it could hit with the help of an X1.

I've been trying to get the veyron to 300mph in the actual speed test. By the 10000 meter mark, the best I can get is 298.8mph. I am so very close. I haven't taken it out on the open track yet but the way it's geared, 300mph will be right past peak power in 7th.

Edit, new best 299.4. I'm done, I just can't get anything else out of it. If anyone gets the Bugatti to 300 or over in the speed test, I'd love to know how you did it.

It depends on how fast you can get the X2011 to go. If you have one X2011 drafting behind two other X2011s you could perhaps hit 370-380 mph (somewhere in the neighbourhood of 600 km/h).

It requires some coordination though...

So, who will be the first to beat 400 mph (650 km/h)?

Here is the idea, the trick is to have the "rabbits" (the blue X1's) maintining an ideal distance between each others, so that the "fox" (the red X1) can catch the new draft when changing lane. An X2011 is capable of running 490 km/h without draft, and can get up to +580 km/h from a single draft, so I think this is possible.

EDIT: Imagine a second "fox" drafting behind the first one. 700 km/h, anyone? ;)

With some more rabbits, and a method to get the rabbits up to speed (like having the rabbits drafting behind another set of rabbits) maybe speeds up to 500 mph (800 km/h) is possible? Need to check if the gearbox can be tweaked to do that though...

I also imagine that it would require a lot of practice, because when the fox (running at 800 km/h) catches up with the first set of rabbits (running at 490 km/h) it's like trying to avoid stationary obstacles when running at 310 km/h.

I see you guys try to go over 600kmh. Some say that over 600kmh sound is gone. Can anyone confirm this? I'm trying to gather info for bugtracker.

Yes, over 600km/h and engine sound disappears. :)

Great job that the formatiobn i suspected while doing one make though. especially the turn was incediable

My Veyron is hitting 295mph on it's own. If I can get the setup just right I think I can squeeze the extra 5mph out of it.

517 km/h with X1 2011 no drafting

I can only reach 513.7 kmh in my 2011 Proto. Good effort buddy 👍

Power: 1586hp
aero: set to min front/rear
suspension: all hard max
camber/toe: all 0

I have tuned the final and 7th as much as I can. Anymore more and I will be off by tenth of a km.

This is insane dude, GODZILLA!!! :D

This is... beyond insane! I'll surely keep an eye out for this thread for any updates! :D

All this shows is that the slipstream model of GT5 is a mess. There is no way any of these cars in real life could go 300mph+ no matter how many slipstreams you can get.
