I am just wondering if anybody drifts the RUF RGT. I haven't quite worked out any good settings yet, but I wouldn't mind seeing some of yours.:D

one thing that i noticed about drifting an RR...is that i am faster at cornering when racing...i can really widen the gap against the computer with cornering/drifting...

as far as settings....i keep them secret all the time, however, as a tip to drifting an RR - slippery tires for the rear ( DuH ), low camber for the rear, and a brake balance that is set to oversteer.

the main thing to drift an RR layout car is to literally swing the rear end of the car....

Do you use a mixed tire settup? Because I put sims all around and it just wants to slide sideways with no pivoting on the front wheels. I think this is because there is no weight over the front wheels like a FR settup. Any suggestions?

I cant drift that good on RR... I perfer Front engine or Mid engine not rear.... kinda hard... but yes ive done it before...

ROll

yea i did mix the tires up....and i did have stickier tires in the front ... the thing that i know about RR drifting is that you have to enter a drift more aggressively ;)

I tried mixing sports in the front and simulations in the back, and it worked much beter. 👍 It's a completely different experience drifting a RR. How much horsepower, and what tires did you use on your setup?

This car ive been drifting for awhile and still havnt found the best setup for it yet, i can usually get some nice drifts but most of the times i either spin out or there very faint and look like power-slides...

I finally have some good drift settings for the RGT, I am goin' to post them in the drift settings depot as well as here if anyone wants to try them out.;)
