Rubber isolation mounts for tactile, buttkicker, aura?

Why not use one of those isolation mat / pad for washing machines? They are inexpensive and easy to get.

If you want rubber feet to go under a rig the Penn Elcom 9106 rubber feet from Parts Express are comparable to the Buttkicker ones, but for a fraction of the cost.

If you are fixing metal to metal, but want isolation you can use automotive bobbins - these are a rubber bobbin with an M6 or M8 thread welded to a washer which is bonded onto / into the rubber at each end - they are good for rubber mounting pedal sets. On cars these bobbins are used to isolate exhaust systems from the chassis / body.

I also recommend solid rubber doorstops - again a cheap, but effective option

They would be ideal for that purpose. Maybe you can source some locally - alternatively try rubber door stops - I have them under a couple of chairs and they cost £1 each from a local hardware store.

Is the 80-20 tube easy to buy and work with? (just in case I want to go this way in the future)

You have to put some time into learning about it.
It can get pretty involved, depending on what you want to do.
I suggest you visit their web site to get acquainted with their stuff.

There are some members 8020 rigs posted here in the hardware section.
InsideSimRacing, and RaceDepartment have members 8020 rig posted too.
