First off I havent played the gt series since gt2 in which the RUF CTR2 was my absolute favourite car so ofcourse in gt4 i got it as soon as i could. Since then Ive sold the car in disgust after stuggling with setting it up only to re-purchase and try again - 5 times! Hopefully someone can help me keep the 5th car before I snap the GT4 disc in half.
I've searched all the other topics on this and alot of other websites but still the CTR2 handles like crap.
The problem of course is understeer and perhaps me, but I'll be dammned if I'll drive a mega HP beauty around corners at 2mph.
on my last attempt at tuning i had the car with no TCS, next-to-nothing front brakes and max rear brakes, lsd & susp settings i cant remember. Then i could drive like gt2 and slide into corners, wait for the nose to point the right way and thrash the gas - still it was unstable and often slid a tad too much.
So who has decent RUF CTR2 settings that will allow me to thrash around the tracks and not drive it like its made of china?
