The Russian citizens have a better chance than anyone else since they're the ones actually fighting the war. Would it be easy? Not at all.

The Ukrainians need it. They don't want the Russians in their country. Period. Ukraine is Ukraine. Not parts of Ukraine is Russia. And no matter what propaganda Russia is spouting onto their minions, the Ukrainians are ready to fight as long as is needed to get Russia out of there, that is why they're lobbying for weapons and not for peace talks.

Again. Russia needs to get the **** out of Ukraine and if not, prepare for more meat grinding. Ukrainian weapons get better every delivery, Russian weapons only get older and the orcs less trained.

Trump could stop bloodbath. Which is obviously more favourable for me as Russian that have friends in Ukraine. How bad he would be as president of US? IMO, very ineffective as last time, but honestly I don't care.

Lmao, you do realize Trump’s idea of stopping the war is stopping aid and telling Ukraine to surrender right? That he would also threaten to pull the US out of NATO if they continue to aid Ukraine.

My guy, I suggest you look up why Trump faced an impeachment the first time around. It revolved around this very topic of Trump wanting to withhold aid unless Zelenskyy tried to conjure up dirt on Biden & claim Ukraine was interfering in the US election, not Russia.

In other words, Trump has a huge axe to grind against Zelenskyy.

Since Marjorie Trailer Queen was being discussed a couple of pages ago, did anyone notice that one of her attempted amendments on the aid package was about looking out for linguistic minorities in Transcarpathia? The tired and old "Ukrainians are Nazis!" shouting is one thing, but to take issue with such a niche subject that's convenient for the orcs serves as even better proof that her opinions are paid for with rubles.

What are the odds that a Georgian hillbilly promoter of hardass values of questionable intelligence would suddenly care about a foreign minority to this extent or even be able to point them out on a map in a spot test?

The only peaceful solution is for Russia to stop their invasion of a neighbouring sovereign state and go home. The Ukrainians remember what happened to their country the last time the Soviets Russians got their sticky mitts on the Breadbasket of Europe. You're a fool if you think the majority of Ukrainians welcome Russian rule. They want their own autonomy and their own democracy, as most citizens do. What benefit do they get from being a suburb of Russia? - especially after the bad blood this war will have caused.

I think that's a good question to ask. I'm a reasonably intelligent individual and had no idea what the hell "Transcarpathian" was or where the Zakarpattia Oblast was. I know what and where the Carpathian Mountains are located, but to know the intricacies of what goes on there? Ya, I wouldn't imagine any American outside one who is keenly interested in that area of the world would know about it.

I agree that this is pretty sound evidence that MTG is at least getting some information from a questionable source, which then begs the question, what else is she getting from that source?

I'd suggest welcoming it is not the same thing as being prepared to die, or kill, or watch loved ones die, or kill over it - and one thing seems apparent to me, is that people with no skin in the game other than righteous indignation, think that Ukrainians dying is preferable to Russia winning without seeming to really think about it that much.

On top of folks already pointing out asking, "How would she even know about that", MTG has shown she has no real care for minorities in the US (attacking immigrants, attacking Jews), quite clearly being a white nationalist at heart. But, she cares about minority Hungarians in the Ukraine? Nobody's buying that.

Problem with this is that Putin doesn't want to go home. He had enough resources to continue for years. Ukraine doesn't. Russia is much more competent than in 2022 and its military complex working faster than European. Ukraine slowly loosing support from foreign people and its own.

There are two ways - ceasefire and negotiations or bloodbath for two more years, ceasefire and negotiations. Only reason to continue is if you want to lower slavs numbers.

There are big difference between hypocritical politician and corrupted politician. Ultra religious Republicans doesn't see problem in support Trump who was divorced few times and pay for silence to pornstart that he slept with.

But they are not mutually exclusive. She's super hypocritical & being a corrupt politician only allows her hypocrisy to shine more than it already does.

Ultra religious Republicans who like Trump are not "ultra religious" to begin with. They just pick & choose what they want from Christianity & then frame it to fit their agendas. It's been joked recently that Jesus himself wouldn't be welcome in today's GOP.

I'd be hard pressed to find a current day narcissist to outdo the self-belief and love that Trump has for himself.
