Putinland's official reaction has been to throw a tantrum about sanctions for about as long as they've applied. Come to think of it, Iran's not been very different on that front, conveniently blaming sanctions for the presidential helicopter crash with zero introspection on why they're in place. The Americans don't owe them the only reliable machinery on earth or anything, they can try pulling their heads out of their asses any day they want and make some on their own.
