Damn, the Diablo, Porsche 911, and Delta have all been removed from the PAL version. Once again we in the UK get screwed. Not only do we have to wait until months after everyone else to actually get the game, our version is crippled!

Other than the Skyline M-Spec, are there ANY hidden cars available in the PAL version?

Chris

Yeah they are hidden. If you use a garage editor like MK's (used for making hybrids) there are nine body types listed as "sample000" "sample001" etc. I know I've seen somewhere a site which had screen shots of all these along with the other hidden cars, but I can't find it again.

The samples are not really worth your bother. Sure, one them is the unfinished body of a normal Cerbera, but the rest are mainly RX7 LMs that don’t work properly. I tried making a Cerbera speed 6 with the Tuscans engine but it was pretty crappy. GT4 almost here

Thanks Heihachi, I wanted to make a Cerbera speed 6 myself but I don't think I'll bother now. Waiting for GT4 wouldn't be so bad if they'd give us a release date. I know it's better that it gets released when it's ready, but damn it's hard! :(

Sorry dude, can't be done. Other than RX-7's idea, which I strongly suspect might involve rather more money than any of us is likely to have. ;)

You can only make hybrid cars from parts that exist on the game disc. There are a few hidden ones, like the Diablo and the sample cars mentioned, but there are no Ferraris. If you have the PAL version, you can't even get the Diablo or the Porsche 911 as the bodies were removed from the PAL disc.

You can use the Diablo & 911 with different body parts. For the Diablo I use a Zonda C12 body and for the 911 I use a CTR2 body. To upgrade the 911 you have to also use different parts as it comes stock but I have found that most CTR or RUF parts are close to the real 911 specs.

I didn't know there was an unfinished Cerberra body in GT3, is that available in the PAL version as well?

I used the CTR2 body for the 911 too. From the screenshots I've seen of the 911 body, it looks pretty similar. I used RGT parts to tune it, and it worked great! I've not had a go at the Diablo yet, but the Zonda race body sounds like a good substitute.

I don't know if the Cerbera body is available in the PAL version, that's what I was originally after. My interest waned though after Heihachi described it as unfinished, and said it looked crappy.
