The question is this: On a 100% completed game. If you drive to the Bike school the re is a big blue sign nearby with an ilness on it. What is the ilness? As My game is nowhere near 100% I can't find out.
 
I think I found the sign, and my only guess is athlete's foot. But I can't figure out why you'd need to have 100% to see it so it's probably wrong.
