well if i wasnt too busy playing gt3 i might crack open the SA cover and wipe the dust off it and wack it into the ps2 to see if i can actually find white writing on blue background near the bikeschool/freeway.

The question is this: On a 100% completed game. If you drive to the Bike school the re is a big blue sign nearby with an ilness on it. What is the ilness? As My game is nowhere near 100% I can't find out.
 
I think I found the sign, and my only guess is athlete's foot. But I can't figure out why you'd need to have 100% to see it so it's probably wrong.

at400 is correct.

It's hard to tell but the smallest is just fractionally smaller than the go cart (I think)
