100% and bike school.

no, and no.

according to the question, you must have 100% completion of the game, and be looking near the freeway and the bike school to find a VAGUE description of a non-serious medical condition that has something to do with irritability of the epidermis.

I know you guys can get it, you just arent thinking it through.

Probably cos you arent even playing SA anymore, right?
 
i have been looking around for ages. all i found was some mesas that spawned when i was right next to the fcr900. The only time ive seen mesa since I/E. of course i jacked one and its now safely in my Verdant Medows garage
