Already on the Marketplace a Member of GTP is offering "X1's"!!!! What a JOKE! I grind away at 24 hour races and round the indy circuit for people to repeat the save game data deletion exploit already to give themselves multiple X1's! Shame on them! I'm tired of IDIOTS cheating at this game. No it doesn't affect me in any way but what is the point in it? Just damn right ridiculous! Get a grip and work for the higher prize objects in the game instead of ruining the fun online for everyone else!

How does it ruin the fun online? Everyone is going to have theX1 at some point or another.

It's a game. Sure cheating is frowned upon by the "eliteist" players, but seriously, IT'S JUST A GAME AND A VIRTUAL CAR.
 
Better than you, I was being sarcastic, or trying to be at least. I think it sucks, but if you make it easy for people to cheat they will do it. Online races will be full of kids acting as if they did something to earn they cars they are using
 
It's a game. People had the X1 before and used it online. If you don't want them online then kick them, or set up restrictions.

My point exactly. You can kick people or set up a HP restriction. Sure it might demerit the value of the NOMAD Diablo, but it's just a car, and if you care about that more than real life, you have an issue.

Everyone will eventually get a X2010, wether it be by false trade or just earning it in the challenge or in B-spec.

I most likely won't use it though, just back up my save incase I power off when saving.

Birthday exploit is better :P (but I don't trade those cars-they're mine).
 
it just annoys to the fact that people claim to wait 5 years for this game to ruin it with cheats lol its annoying but like i said it doesnt affect me just pisses me off with people cheating in a game that rewards you without cheating

People play games for different reasons. Not everyone wants to unlock access to parts of the game, they want to set fast times on their favorite tracks. If someone just wants the driving sim part, and wants to skip the driving game part, they aren't "ruining" everything. They're making the game more fun for themselves.

If you want to unlock stuff because it's fun, good for you, but if I could have started with all the tracks unlocked, I definitely would have. I would have liked the game a lot more that way.

if it doesn't effect you then why do you even care? how does it ruin the game? not everyone wants to spend 24/7 grinding to get cars that they want. some people (me included) just like to collect cars, tune them and cruise around or go into a private room and cruise around with friends online. i can see why people would be mad if someone had an unfair advantage playing competitively online, but that's not the case. sure you can have your own opinion but complaining about it doesn't make any sense to me.
 
I think this is one of those situations where, you agree or disagree. I for one Agree that cheaters ruin this, i think that the trading USED to be fun but i see that going downhill unless they patch it. Although it doesnt effect me, i just think its sad to see people work so hard and others just glitch it.

don't sweat the little things mate, if some one wants to do that its their choice. If you let what other people do in their own homes worry you, you will end up getting frustrated. Chillax and have a merry xmas bro.
 
Yeah and two decades ago someone entered the level select cheat on Sonic the Hedgehog. I bet you cried then too.
 
As long as online play (and eventual stats) isn't ruined, I don't really care what people do with their saved games. Since the lobby host sets up the race restrictions, I don't see what effect this has.

I've unlocked some lvl 19 event that requires a race car that I won't get until a lvl 21 event or grind like crazy. My 458 Italia doesn't seem up to the task. Some of us just want to race without repeatedly needing to grind races to earn up the cash.

Your doing something wrong if your having to grind at lvl 19
 
Lol those people we don't have to worry about in the academy.. they are to busy going through menus while I am fine tuning my suspension and breaking points... the thing that makes gt a fun game besides driving is working your butt off to get the cars you want, it makes them ever so sweeter... being a n00b rat fink cheat is like peeking at your xmass gifts, takes the fun out later...
 
GT was all about earning the cars you wanted, its even ruined the used car lot now because will be just be able to get any car you want whenever you want. crap is what it is
 
I really hope they come out with a quick patch, i really wanted to be the first of my friends to get to 30 and get an X1. I guess ill take pride in knowing that i did it legitimately...

zomg you havent got an X1 yet? they are so version 1.04
 
I know its only a video game however I waited 4 years for this game and now I actually want to enjoy it not just cheat to get a great car and there we are game ended. I'm having fun doing the endurance races with a fun car rather than just a purely fast one.

LMAO! That is so cold, but hilariously to the point. True though, there are always going to be exploits and those that use them. You're mad now and I'm more disappointed in humanity as a whole but we'll all get over it. Feel free to boot away in those online games, that's a good way to relieve some frustration, punt the chumps. As a side note, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

Those kids are playing need for speed. I rarely see any online.
 
they should have made this game like the ff series with no cheats cheats wreck the fun of the game u have noobs racing round in a 1500 hp x1 now x2010 how rude they should have to earn that rite not get it by default
 
I am COMPLETELY blown away by the absurd Chicken Little reaction to the save data exploit. I don't know if I'll use it or not, but I won't use it to "cheat" myself an X1.

I'm just stunned by those that think the whole sky has fallen. :crazy:

And it won't make any difference how fast PD kills the exploit cause there are already thousands of SGE X1s out there. And why that matters is still beyond me... I guess some people truly feel special because they reached a high level in a video game and got the prize. So the whole game is "ruined". :sick:
