Toyota PRIUS G Touring Selection WRC(PRIUS with ST185 Celica Rally Car engine, 4wd, full mods[yet it still has only 299 horsepower] and stock transmission). you think it could be done, or does the PRIUS have too many limitations?

Completing the midget's suspension won't take much longer anymore.
Another reason why it's been taking so long is that at the same time I've been learning how to tune a hybrid suspension for these "monster cars". I can't really explain how difficult it is and how illogically their suspension works
Hopefully creating the rest of cars will be a piece of cake..

About your Prius Rally car, did you mean that you want it with the stock transmission of a Prius?
I've already done some testing with Prius and IIRC the transmission had some weird problems with powerful engines.. I'll try to figure out how to do it but again, it won't be a quick task

--EDIT-- the Midget was intense! i liked the 1st one, in set A(the donk midget) but in set B the Midget handled very weird... it really did "tip over"(that is, when i fully modded it... guess i shouldn't have done that, huh? by the way, what engine did you use? it didn't sound like the ram after i put the racing exhaust on it... it sounded like the stock midget's racing exhaust...)

Looks like I forgot to give descriptions of the setups
Remember that you'll lose hybrid parts and settings if you change them in-game

Setup A

- Off Black Mica
- Land Rover Range Stormer tires (N3), slightly wider track and lighter body
- Toyota Celica Modellista engine with 280 HP and lightened flywheel
- Sports exhaust from Daihatsu Move (?)
- Transmission (modified ratios) and LSD from Suzuki Cappuccino .. I think (really hard to track them down now)
- ASM and TCS disabled, at least should be
- Ride height 400mm, springs at 1.6


Setup B

- Yellow
- Engine from Plymouth Cuda six pack (346HP)
- Tranny and LSD from Chevrolet Camaro Z28
- Jay Leno Tank Car tires, S2
- Ride height at one meter, really softened springs and dampers so the car won't jump around too much
- Front camber is 3.0, rear 4.0
- Slightly heavier front because of the engine


Setup C

- White
- Almost the same as B but
- Wider track, higher (1200mm) and slightly stiffer suspension, enough to make the car so jumpy it's good only for goofing around


Setup B is the best compromise, it's pretty fast but needs to be driven smoothly.
Don't forget that it's possible to drive it off the track over fences and other kinds of low walls

 

yeah, in noticed that the 1st time i drove it. lol, that thing is a mess! u just need to put tcs on ALL THE WAY for it to actually drive. i got a nice clean lap with it on de La Sarthe once. a little over 4 minutes...

If you can, all I want is some engine transplants; with Racing Medium tyres, Racing suspension, Racing Exhaust, Port Polish, Engine Balancing and a Chip - all these tuning mods from the origional car...



Basically:

S13 Silvia with a Skyline R32 engine
S14 Silvia with a Skyline R32 engine
S15 Silvia with a Skyline R32 Engine
Mini Cooper S with a Honda Civic Type R enging 2001
Shelby 350 (Mustang) With a S15 Silvia engine
Toyota Supra '97 with a Baracuda engine, or a Mustang '05 engine
Skyline GTS-T with a R34 GT-R engine
200sx with a Skyline R32 engine
Buick GNX with a S15 Silvia enging (or any high revving japanese engine with about 250 bhp)
And some general realistic engine swaps from Japanese and American Muscle cars.

I just basically want the engine transplant, with the cars origional Racing Exhaust; FC Suspension; Port Polish; Engine Balancing; Racing Chip.

I need these in PAL format.


If you could find the time to manage those, could you put them into 1 gamesave and PM them to me?

if you mean the one with the chicanes, yes... oh, and by the way, the Midget's TCS was actually only on setting 9. and don't use the brakes full on, and brake VERY early. even with TCS, it still tries to do endos, and that will kill your lap. i also found out if you fully mod the spec B, you get a 900+ hp monster. i put racing tires on it(which made the tires normal size), and racing suspension(normal height), and it was the most epic little car i ever drove. i got a better time than Sabine Schmitz did on the 'ring(i got like 8:40 on the Nurb...yes, in the super midget... by the way, for the final version of the Monster Midget, can you make spec C not a Monster Truck, but a Midget II LM Race Car? basically Minolta tires, 4wd, low-@$$ ride height, and everything else from the Camaro LM Race Car.).

 

yeah, I'm trying.. I'm starting to hate these hybrids because I don't have enough time to concentrate on them.
I can't easily turn the midget exactly into a LM race car because it just simply isn't one. Minolta's tires have too much grip and the midget is too short and too narrow and too tall etc, you know
Should have guessed that one day isn't enough to make it, maybe it's ready tomorrow

Hey, ya'll i'm playing through the game and I've gotten all the A-spec points up to the point of the Subaru 360 race. I've used all kind of game shark codes to get there. I cant get a car that sucks enough to get the 200 points outta it. I saw a thing where ya gotta have like 1,000s of miles to do it maybe with a subaru 360. I was wondering if anyone had a save that might have that car with alot..that way i could just transfer the car and run the race that way. I'm wanting to do the game 100% with max a and b -spec points and 100% win accuracy! So far so good til just that 1 dumb race...lol Thanks!

 

I'm not sure if a subaru 360 that has million miles in the clock is crappy enough to get you 200 points from that race.. It needs to be tuned down more than that
It's not possible to trade those miles from another memory card though, you have to send me your save so I can customize a suitable car for you.
Preferably you could buy the target car yourself beforehand so I don't need to save the game too many times, if you want me to make it happen in first place

edit: just trying it out. I'm entering the race with a car driven half a million miles and in the worst condition possible with maximum ballast and I'm getting only 146 points.
Even doubling the weight will give just 167 points. 2.5 times the original weight and you get 185 points

 

Hey Speed Drifter! Thanks for the help. I'm attaching my game save. Oh yea it's the US version. I'm just lacking the 200 pts in that Subaru 360 race and the Citroen one make race too. Leave it to just two races not to be easy..just enough to bother me...lol. Heck, I even used a gameshark cheat to use any car and I used a midget and still couldnt get it...think I got as high up as maybe 140 something. Yea..i'm 1 of these ppl that plays video games and has to have every lil thing..its crazy! lol. Yea..I was wondering too if u knew of a way or a save that ya could have all the B-spec points w/o it showing up as a negative million miles and wont decrease if ya run a race. I used ya save like that for mine. It ya dont know of a way, its kool. Trust me..i've definately looked for some gameshark codes for it..i'm too picky. Anyways, thanks again!

about the negative million miles, I sort of did it on purpose so people wouldn't feel too comfortable using the save like their own save
I meant the save to be used mostly for testing purposes and for playing around and stuff like that..

LOL...alright. Is it taking alot to get that car to suck enough? I would imagine so. Just need that 1 and the citroen. I've been reading some of the posts and ur like everywhere...lol. hey! Nevermind on the day 1 thing!! I got it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I figured it out going by a day 693 gameshark code i saw earlier somewhere. 20A17AB8 00256FD6 works!! yay! It's just as if ya started from scratch but ya still have all of ya stuff like licenses and all arcade tracks. Ya diary is back to day 1 too and clean except it keeps just the last entry that ya already had...not too shabby. Can't believe I just said that!

Hey speed! Just wanted ya to know that ya dont gotta do that save for me. I stumbled across a raw gameshark code to change the power of the car so I like halfed the HP and maxed out the ballast and got 200 pts no prob! Man, though driving a 8HP car sucks! I barely made it up a hill 1 day..heck I did roll backwards the 1st time..lol Thanks for all ur help!

Hey guys i tried to download Speed drifters save game with maxed bspec but it says file is unavailable, can someone please send it to me pweeeeeezzzzzzz

 

Does anyone have the maxed out b-spec save or a code for it? I've tried changing the values in pscx2 using the b-spec table I've seen using cheat engine but I haven't been able to get it to work. Thanks!
