Saving your game data onto a flash drive

I've heard it a lot but I don't know how to do it, and I really need to considering my PS3 was repaired for the YLOD about 3 weeks ago AND i'm almost level 32. So please someone help.

You just plug the USB-stick in the PS3, go to the "game"-option in the XMB, select "Saved Data Utility (PS3)", find and select GT5, then you press "triangle" to get the "option"-menu. Here you just select "copy", then scroll in the "select the destination" and select the USB-flash.... Done..
