In terms of playability sure MotoGP 09/10 has a much longer play time. But SBK X physics and actual game play are superior to MotoGP.

I suppose. I love to play games where falling off at every corner is deemed fun. I wonder if they have realistically animated the rider bouncing along the tarmac? Now that WOULD make it worth getting! MotoGPs crashes were a bit weak..... no hold on! Too busy winning races to care!
 
Fair enough if you find that fun. I'm surprised then you don't like SBK then as it is a whole lot easier to crash in it. It is a tad harder in X compared to 08/09 but nothing some settings changes don't fix.

It is almost impossible to crash in MotoGP 09/10 I found. I regularly launch the bike 2m in the air braking for a corner at Donnington and the bike has no stability issues.

There is one funny glitch in the game though when you go to take off at the start line. Hold down x and r2 while accelerating and within first or 2nd gear let go of r2 and reapply it. The bike for some reason starts doing a whole bunch of forward flips.

Has anyone had the chance to play online against real humans? I'm still waiting for it to be released in the US. 360 version, that is. Still having fun with TT over at Racerpaulsplace and motogp 07 om the PS2.

Well then, here is a request. Please direct us to the current leaderboards/forums and any general areas to help us decide if this is worth the purchase now or do I wait untill 2011 is released. I am currently playing TT with a few guys but would like to broaden my scope, so to speak. And have played through the season with MotoGP 07. Also as a guy with slight CT issue, is it possible to just use the two analog sticks for the controls/ I have an XBOX360.

Hi!

I don't rememeber honestly if you can map the throttle and the brake on the right stick, but I think it's possible.. I can try at office on monday.

About the 2010/2011 issue: I think that SBKX is really worth the money for everyone who loves bikes or videogames with bikes. I suggest you to try the demo, I think you can find it easily for PC and maybe for the 360 aswell (I don't know if you can reach the european demos from USA)
