OK Today I got my new company car order confirmed and its been ordered off the factory with a due date of mid-February.

However rather than just tell you what it is, I thought it would be a bit more fun to see if you can figure it out.

Here's your first clue:

More to follow........

Have fun

I'm thinking it's something from Japan. The grill/mesh looks solid so I'm leaning away from the more expensive German cars (altho it does have a bit of Bangle-esque angles) .

Alfa Romeo Giulietta?

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's from an Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Front bumper lower right side of it to be exact

And we already have a pair of winners......

Lusso 1.4 Multi Air to be exact, with the award winning (and damn fine sounding) 170 bhp 1.4 turbo.

Looks (and sounds!) exciting. Doesn't seem very typical for a company car, so... That's pretty rad.

We're getting it as a Dodge for 2012, can't wait to get my hands on one.

Well I was pretty wrong  I guess even the Italian cars suffer from cheap plastics.

I actually get very few limitations on what I can have as a company car, we basically get give a budget for the monthly lease and aside from that they have to produce less than 160g co2/km (and the way company car tax works in the UK you would not want any more than that more co2 = more tax) and have four or more doors. Oh and we can't get silly colours.

Which gives a pretty wide range of options to go for.

That's a pretty awesome company car setup. Here they'd probably just stick you with a Sebring or a Kia.

Lovely car Scaff 👍 170hp.. Nice :D

Add in a curb weight of 1290kgs as well and its rather nippy to say the least (that's around 150 - 200 kgs lighter than my current 320i).

Can't wait.

I once turned down a job because they offered me an Avensis as a company car.

Very nice, Scaff! 👍
Many thanks boss number 2.

No lime green Focii? Boo.

(Rants about how 1290 kgs used to be considered heavy...)

Congratulations... looks like an interesting motor... too bad it isn't coming in by Christmas!

Possibly the prettiest hatch out on the market right now. That interior is also a pretty nice place to look at, and that 170bhp turbocharged engine shouldn't leave you hanging. Great pick! I'm honestly envious.

Nice one Scaff, Giulietta's a fine looking car 👍

Only seems like yesterday since you got the 320i.

Nice choice Scaff 👍 Seen a bunch of these on the road already, and just like the MiTo it looks even better in the metal than it does in pictures (though unlike the MiTo it looks good in pictures in the first place...).

Alfa (and Fiat) are coming out with some brilliant engines too at the moment. The MultiAir seems to have great performance and great economy. Verging on diesel levels only without the tractor soundtrack.

Seriously? :yuck:

Dodge need to separate themselves from Alfa Romeo.

They will destroy Alfa's reputation here in U.S. 👎
