Not necessarily, you can flip the car several times by hitting the insane jump ramp at the other side of the river with the back end, it's not easy to come by, not quite sure that's the case in that pic anyways.
The Packer one intrigues me since... well, does the Packer even have enough speed to get up those stairs? :confused:

Oh yeah i know, if you clip the fence on that side just right you can a car to do some pretty wierd things. :lol:
 
It is in the opening sequence when Sonny is talking on the phone, you can see this guy hanging in the large walk-in meat freezer in the background.
