Not necessarily, you can flip the car several times by hitting the insane jump ramp at the other side of the river with the back end, it's not easy to come by, not quite sure that's the case in that pic anyways.
The Packer one intrigues me since... well, does the Packer even have enough speed to get up those stairs?
