I like recording races that way I don't have to watch all the stupid commercials. Always the same ones, over and over...... and over.

I say we run the race at the scheduled time tomorrow. I could've of made last weeks race if it was a few hours later also, but I didn't bring it up. No need to inconvenience the whole field just because one or two can't make it.

Has everone noticed the glitch with qualifying?? The fact that you post pole position time then start some random place on the grid?? Well another series im in has found a way round it if everyone wants to implement it??💡

The only way around it is to have the qualifying session under race conditions but the problem with that is that anyone joining late can't enter. Stick with it how it is Johnny, things have been going just fine. It happens with my race series too. I qualified fastest yesterday but started 6th on the grid. Boo hoo hoo, live with it. And stick with the race times as they are too. If you want to watch the F1, fine, just don't expect everyone to bend around you when we are all expecting a race at 7 tonight on GT5.

Regarding qualifying comment i made i said "IF everyone wants to implement it" thats IF to say "BOO HOO live with it" when someone is making an honest suggestion which is intended for the good of the series is frankly unfair imo.

Great 1st race, held a lead for a while but the competition was just too strong. Held my 3rd place steady for a bit longer but then my tyres went and i had a fantastic battle with Johnboy, just losing out to him by 3 tenths over the line!
Race 2, similar story. Held the lead but then near the end of lap 2 going around 130R i touched the grass strip and spun, letting Plate take the lead. Held off Sy for a while but in the end talent always beats luck!
During the break i did 2 minor adjustments to my rear suspension. Luckily it helped my tyres last just that bit longer meaning i kept my 3rd. The downside was it was a lonely drive with no one to battle against!
All in all though, a good event! 👍

I raced a good race first race no errors but of course i was driving with 515PP so you all had the advantage.

2nd race put it up to 523PP and first 2 laps i was overdoing the corners but got used to it, bit of a battle with Acedition giving him the corners on numerous occasions to not cause an incident then by the time I passed him i was too far behind to make a difference.

Yea, I was the slowest car on that track. I couldn't handle the corners for nothing!! Tough day For Car #34. 👎

With you XP good first race lonely second, i tweeked my set up from last week and turned the thing into a right mess teach me to leave things alone!! nevermind have another go nextweek good job all bit of a shame about the turnout??

Yeah the turnout was good for the first race but back to 6 on the second

need to advertise it ... will be great with 16 integras fighting for turn 1

Hey it was well worth the wait! Just love the fact that vettal crumbled under pressure from button! Ha ha. Shame schuey didn't make it to the podium tho. That would if been luuuuurvley.

Race 1: Under estimated plate88 and Xpower at the start and let them both through and got into a battle with john. Managed to get away from john then set about catching them. Got to about a second off them and made a mistake at the crossover and had to do it all again! Coming up to the last chicane plate and xpower got a bit mixed up in their battle, i managed to clean the chicane and came out straight between to the 2 of them! Managed to get the gap so they couldnt tow me and got the lead out to about 6 seconds i think in the end.

Race 2: Cracking race. Love the reverse grid. A the end of lap one i missed my braking point and hit ace up the trumpet and off the track so i slowed to let him back pass but ended up letting everybody through! Managed to get myself up to 3rd and set about catching xpower. Eventually caught and passed him at the hairpin then set about catching plate. Got to within about 3 seconds of him but by that time my tyres were shot so i had to settle for 2nd. A 1st and 2nd. That'll do me.

In hindsight I guess Suzuka should be rounds 3 & 4 like the BTCC but that means knocking up a new graphic. You might as well go with the total score for both rounds.

I was just browsing this thread out of interest as I am considering getting involved in a little online racing and have been checking out the different championships that are run on these forums. As soon as I saw your post I decided that your "advertising" model is really very poor. I cannot imagine who would wish to race in your championship after such a wonderful display of maturity, level-headedness, understanding and respect for a fellow racing enthusiast.

The only reason I'm "advertising" my series is because you decided to make a rival series out of nowhere, without regard for anything else that may be going on at the time, and which cars they were using.

I really didn't want to respond to this, but since you're such an unintentional comedic genius, you deserve it.

When I made those posts, it was because he had left no indication of how his series was different from mine. It makes the creator of a great, fun, exciting series like mine think that he's just making a ripoff. But then he explained to me how his was different (in the fact that he allows any modifications, instead of being a spec-series like mine, and that he allows Skid Recovery Force, and other silly things.) His was suited for beginners, and people who wanted to put a Turbo on their Honda. After that, I left him be. I've made a couple of harmless posts since then. One of which was actually helping somebody here with his set-up. I like how you deliberately chose to ignore that. 👎

As for who would want to race with me, apparently a lot of people.

I think I can shed a little light on how to clear up this misunderstanding. I am thinking of a number between 1 and 100, lets have both people who are involded in this fight post their ages. Who ever is closest in age to the number I am thinking of wins.
