I'm honestly sorry for that. The last thing I want to do right now is bring up the series vs. series stuff in here. Our last race is this week anyway, and after that we're moving on to the Lotus Elise.

In fact I was actually thinking of racing a couple of races with you guys...

So the series are similar woopy do who cares!! Goodluck to mule and his series with the Canada time difference how the hell could us Brits fit in with that time slot anyway this isnt a competition surely just a bunch of guys having some downtime fun nothing more???

It's all right actually. They race Saturday afternoons so Saturday night here. I've raced in a few of them and it's good fun with like minded people who like their racing. But Sunday is much easier for me as stuff happens on Saturday night and I can't always be near my Ps3.

Fairdoos stand corrected but there is surely room for 2 similar series on different days which like you say different times suit different folks.

Looking forward to tonights double race. I hate the circuit but that makes it even more of a challenge! Done a small bit of testing and could only get a 1:36.9##. Don't think i could possibly go any faster. Tyres were wearing out very rapidly too!

Same I got a few 1:39s then done a few tweaks to get down to 1:36s ... not much space for overtaking but don't want people pulling off lewis hamilton's driving round the hairpin

Next week is 10 Laps at Laguna Seca and then the mid season break will be after that.

Is it worth doing race 1 and 2 in reverse grid? anyone can participate in them too?

It's a good point about having reverse grids for both races as i've noticed that both 2nd races have had practicaly the same outcome as the 1st races!

Thanks alot, I had a great time in todays race and look forward to next week. I think the reverse grid is totally worth it, espcially since the races are so short. Ive been in other series' where the races were easily twice as long, ofcourse they were only half as much fun though.

Yeah the 2 race system works better because that first race 10 laps later the back few (us) wer trailing by a minute whereas 2 seperate races you can try to improve instead of a 20 lap race and being 2 mins behind. It gets kindof boring driving round on your own knowing you have lost

I like the reverse grid for 2nd race. I know syjones1 would have been alot closer to me, but he got caught in the traffic. I just happened to get lucky by passing everyone while they were battling for position. I do like having two sprint races though. However you want to do it iHealy is fine.

XPOWER180 your one tough guy to pass, jeez. I had to work hard to get around you in first race. Not saying its a bad thing, its actually good you can hold position like that.👍

Syjones1 your my nemesis. I'm never gonna catch you if we keep trading first places. Maybe if you miss a race like I did

Thanks, i always try to drive defensive but fair without making plain-unfair and aggresive blocking manouvers. Against drivers of such speed that you and Si have, it's my only other weapon apart from my fast grid starts !

Very true i can vouch for that more than most me and xp seem to be fighting for 3rd most races and yes hes tough to pass, but fair when you make your move.👍

Wow, what a terrible track for this kind of racing.

I was used as a wall to help someone around the hairpin on the first race and shoved out of contention, then again used as someone's ABS assistance on the second race going from first to last on the hairpin, then being rammed into the wall of the last corner bringing me to a complete stop. I was bound to be near the back anyway, but being rammed off repeatedly is not much fun.

Not a fun track at all.

Similar thing happened to me shrimp race 2 xpower accidently put me into the barrier first corner of second race also bringing me to a complete stop, very difficult to avoid on this kind of track unfortunately, guess the luck is either with you or not with the street tracks i still really enjoyed the track suprisingly.👍

Yeah ive ggot sport softs on the back to swing it round the corners hitting 1:26s with the odd 1:25 every now and again

Penalties were a bit harsh for me today and i didnt want to let XPOWER through on the last corner and braked late 👎

Mid-Season break next week anyway so lets recruit more racers and have a full grid in 2 weeks time

Once again syjones we had some classic races. Even had torzilla in the mix in race one. It was fun to have a three way battle that was fast and fair.

Another couple of cracking races. I thought I was going to end the 'I'll win one race, plate wins the other race' pattern we had fallen into but I fell foul to the dastardly short cut penalty. Grrrrrr. Hopefully some more racers will turn up for the 2nd half of the season to fill the grid up. Mid season. Break, i shall retire to my yacht in the med.

great race today guys, by far my best showing in any series Ive been in, and the clean racing in this series and the lack of people makeing excuses and poiting fingers is very refreshing. Its sunday afternoon here in the states so I think i have to put a few back and do some online racing. See you guys in 2 weeks

Was good hard racing yet again tonight. I seem to have my tyre wear under control now, my pace stayed far better in the later laps. However, i havn't quite got my set up right with the back end. It resulted in several unintentional oversteers in to the Corkscrew with me quickly correcting them and getting penalties, often for even just 1 tyre off track. Gutted as i think i had the pace, my qualifying lap was only 3 tenths off Si. Never mind, i'll get that car sorted one day! At least Johnboy didn't have to guess his way around the track this week due to being behind clouds of my tyre smoke!

My set up is usually pretty stable but my car felt the same horrible oversteer in places!! Maxed out the downforce for race 2 and it was a little better but still a very nervy track for me no confidence exiting alot of the corners

Kinda missed the smoke trail XP Well done everyone good stuff by far the best set of guys ive raced with online.👍
