Mine's a 1690kg whale.

I can't believe that this car is more than 1000kg heavier than my real life road car.
 
I guess its not entirely fair we are racing a stock Challenger vs Viper and Vette.....:D

Will take the suggestion on the sport medium tire and oil change....I only managed a 4th on the stock version...
 
Race medium, race airfilter, sports exaust and katilisator and ECU remap + sports suspenion, weight reduction 1.(sorry for my spell)(Tuning is 10,000cr without the medium race's)
Got me into 1st place
 
Hello all,

I win it with the stock car with only hard race tyres. TCS at 2, ABS at 1 and brakes set up 6 front and 5 rear.

I win with almost 10sec.

I have to admit that after the NASCAR on Nurburgring the rest of bonus races with this configuration is easy.
 
I just done this challenge last night before going to bed. It actually took me two tries to get the gold.

During my first race, I won a silver, I really thought I was first, because I had my HUD off. Then at the end I realised the Viper was right infront of me, I forgot how many seconds/minutes he was infront, but I didnt even see him. My set up for this race was just the ECU and sports soft, when I lost I decided to up the ante by a little.

In my second race I added an engine lvl 1 tuning and that was the only one I did, everything else stayed the same, including my tires. I finally able to catch up with the Viper and won the gold.

Took 2nd first go with Sport Hards and Oil Change.. About 12seconds off including a spin due to the Yellow Vette trying to nudge me on 2nd corner.. Going again!

Dropped 6 Speed in and Sports Softs ended up Overkill :/ 16 second lead.

I am glad you liked it :-) . With a good setup/tune the car is not a whale at all.
 
Did it with oil change plus stage 1 weight reduction. Had to cut the two chicanes though.
 
LOL, this race gave me a good reason to max out my challenger SRT8, which I was going to do anyway. Maxed out challenger is a whole lot nimbler than it looks! ;)

Yup, found out it's a nice challenge. Maybe it would be even better to take 425bhp instead of 435 I had after oil change.

Yeah.. no oil change needed. Completely stock with sports mediums. everything off, but abs at 1. I am not the fastest, and am not to familiar with this track. I have a feeling we are soon to see some posts of people doing this challenge completely stock.

On a side not, I am not to sure how a non-virtual Challenger would have held up to my multiple shifts into first gear at 40+. Works pretty good though for making the rear end come around a little quicker.

This, however is the most impressive.👍 I have a hard time rubbing my belly and patting my head at the same time. Although I would not be surprised if there was someone out there that has figured out how to drive in this game with their toes. Oh, to have endless free time

It was so easy for me I did the pedals with my hands and steered with my feet!!

I just tried that and my neck starts hurting by the end of the second lap from looking up at the tv. It's just an awkward position to get used to. I'm gonna keep trying though!

My Fiance has made me pretty good at spending a lot of time upside down...:dopey:
 
Ohohoh. That race was pretty fun i must say. :) But i did kinda use the racing soft tires. But i drove the car in stock with early oil change since i don't really drive it that much.

Must... Buy... More cars!!! :D
 
I had a Challenger on a different account, but I got a new car for this race. I got a supercharger, suspension, aero and sport softs. It felt like it was taking forever to hunt down that Viper, but I caught him on the middle oval section on lap 5.

On my other account, I used the Challenger I already had. I added a supercharger to it, so it's basically the same car as above with a stage 2 weight reduction and stage 1 engine upgrade(15xxkg/464hp pre-supercharger). I probably didn't need the supercharger, and I think I had caught the Viper around the beginning of lap 4.
 
I've set up my Challenger with just minor engine mods (ECU, pod, cat) plus lowered suspension and race softs.

Second is easy but it's a big gap to the lead car. Best so far is getting 4.4 seconds behind him on the last lap, then spinning off :-( Anyway, I think it's doable with the current combo even with my limited skills.
