Fun little race. Won on 1st try, stock. Reminded me of the Nike car from previous GT. The sound is crazy though, must be how people experience tinnitus....!

Won easily, shoulda done it stock.
 
Like most people, another stock, 1st try, easy win here. So no point to bemoan the missing restrictions, upgrades would be a waste of time anyway...
 
I love how nearly every corner can be taken flat out. Only one that couldn't was the first turn i had to lift. :P

No braking involved! :D
 
At one point I got confused because I was catching up to another car and could hear his exhaust and thought it was the Mitsu all of a sudden.
 
I couldn't help but giggle my way through the first lap. I do envy the fact these event's get us to use car's we normally wouldn't use.

Super soft, stage 3 weight reduction & fully adjustable suspension. Won nearly a minute over everyone! 👍
But the most annoying part was the sound the electric motor makes... :lol:
 
One of the easiest races... completely stock on stock tires and it's a cinch... just don't brake for many of the corners and watch the balance through the sweepers.
 
Mmmmm can`t say this car is going to be a keeper, as most of you have said easy race if you don`t brake as stock+ sport med tyres .
It was all over by lap 3 and a total of 9.26 left me 26 or so seconds ahead but that noise oh no more please its like a 1960s kettle on the boil.
Will defo use the paint chip though Raspberry Red Pearl is going to look great on my rm camaro:D.

When the race started, just when i got over the top and went down to the left turn that sound... It completely screwed my head. Thought i had the washing machine at 20.000rpm's?!! What the...! Paused, sat volume heavily down.. Fun race though :)
 
Went in with sports hard tires and fixed race suspension. I figured I would use those as my base and see if I needed to go for softer tires or adjustable suspension but it was a waste as I was in 1st after 3 laps lol. Sure it's not quick and the sound of the motor made me want to rip my ears off but it is a surprisingly fun little car.
 
After i took the lead , i would try and take the first corner as fast as possible and the car ended up flipping over ever so slowly .:)
 
Lost 1st time by 0.9 seconds, completely stock, won 2nd time.

I feel sorry for the driver of the Daihatsu Midget-II, not only is it the slowest car, but they make it start last :grumpy:
 
Easy and useless, but more fun to drive than a Prius..
 
I just did it stock on my first attempt, only just as passed the leader on the last bend but made some errors along the way. For some reason I decided to do the latest seasonal races in reverse order so it was a nice chilled race to end on.

I thought it was fun, I might try that little car again in the Japanese Lightweights or whatever it was called. And yeah that Raspberry paint chip, sweet :)
 
won it completely stock(comfort medium tire included)....ran mostly 1:55s and caught the leader on the 4th lap. Ran fastest lap on the last lap at a 1:55.004. This is a MUCH better car than Prius, responsive and can be tossed into a band, unlike the sponge that is the Toyota.......So anyone know if this will last a lap around the Ring? Might be a good laugh to try it...

That's about the only way to make it a challenge...
 
Was literally dozing off after i took 1st position in lap 3.

Its alot of cash but hellishly boring and the damn whirring of the car's engine makes it even more boring.

This car's extremely high pitch electric motor sounds drove me nuts, I had to lower my volume after about a minute.
 
Put the sound on mute after half a lap. Sold the car after the race :)

This race and the C30-R were somewhat of a grind, I thought.
 
Driving this (or a Milkfloat) is a nice way to look at all the pretty scenary PD spent so long on ! :crazy:

Who'd choose to race this vehicle by choice ? Not many of us methinks.

Lots of us are into getting the fastest car / highest hp / all the mods.... this challenge brings you back to basics, as you need to try and drive smoothly.

Excellent choice, if somewhat different. 👍
