I keep running in to what appears to be a tire type restriction for certain cars, but there is no indication anywhere that I can see for why they are restricted.
For example, I'm trying to use the premium Lancia Delta for the beginner Rally events. The tarmac event allows for Soft Sport tires. I go to the tuning store, buy Soft Sport tires, but inexplicably they don't show up in the tuning screen for the Lancia. Hard Sport tires do work, for what that's worth, and obviously so do Snow and Dirt for this car.
Is there something I'm missing that says the Delta can't fit Soft Sport tires (or any others for that matter?). This has happened for several other cars, I keep throwing money away on tires that I can't use. Why does it let me buy them for a given car if I can't fit them? Again, am I missing something?

EDIT: Ok, either I'm going nuts or this is a bug. I just took the Lancia in to the tuning store again and bought the Soft Sport tires AGAIN, this time opting to install them at the time of purchase (which I didn't do before). NOW they are installed and available! This is despite the fact that before I bought them (again) it said in the store that I already had 2 sets of Soft Sports, which did NOT appear on the tuning page for the Lancia. I'm quite confused.
