The trend on mini consoles continues with Sega launching the Mega Drive mini in September. It'll apparently have 40 games all up but only 10 have been revealed for the time being.

I'll probably end up grabbing this but the initial game list isn't really doing a lot for me. It'll be interesting to see what other games make the cut. (Hoping for Streets of Rage and Bonanza Bros.)

Mid September seems like a rather late time to be releasing this, but I guess they want to make sure everyone has fully forgotten the the Playstation Classic dumpster fire before throwing their lot in.

OP updated with latest ten games to be revealed. Happy to see Streets of Rage 2 and Castle of Illusion make the list.

Not going to lie. Depsite the poor reviews, I've been considering picking up the PS1. But looking at the game list again. Outside of 3 or 4 that interest me, it's very average. Think I'll save my money and wait for the Sega instead.
