Selecting opponents?

I was reading the article posted in another thread from the JGTC site, and found something that peaked my curiosity:

"He chose a Bentley Speed 8 around the Twin Ring Motegi road course, dialing up a host of other Group C-like machinery as his opponents."

This seems to indicate that KY actually chose his opponents for the race. Which would be a kick-ass feature if it's there. If it is, it's no doubt limited to Arcade, which is how it should be. No sense picking your opponents for Simulation mode.. hehe.

Thoughts?
 
It most likely meant that by selecting the Bentley, it automatically choose other Group C cars.

Probably poor translation.
 
I always thought this would be a great feature to have in GT3, so I could race against F1s in arcade mode, or outclass myself with AI cars for a challenge. I doubt it will be a feature in the game though.

Exactly.

But it would be a simple and very effective feature to have in the Arcade Mode. It would make everyone happier.
